Napali Coast

Overview

When planning our time on Kauaʻi, one experience immediately rose to the top of our list: seeing the Nā Pali Coast from the water.

Rather than booking a snorkeling excursion, we chose Holo Holo Charters' Sunset Dinner Cruise because we wanted to simply enjoy the scenery, relax, and experience one of Hawaii's most iconic coastlines.

It exceeded every expectation we had.

From the breathtaking scenery and outstanding crew to the good food and unforgettable sunset, this wasn't just one of the highlights of our Kauaʻi visit; it was one of the highlights of our entire Hawaii vacation.

Booking & Arrival

We booked our tour through Viator, and the process was simple and straightforward.

Check-in was smooth, and before long, we were boarding a beautiful, well-maintained boat and heading toward one of the most spectacular coastlines we've ever seen.

If this excursion is on your Hawaii bucket list, we highly recommend booking early, as these cruises are very popular.

The Experience

Waterfalls cascaded down lush green cliffs, sea caves lined the shoreline, and every turn revealed another breathtaking view.

One of my favorite parts was simply sitting back, taking it all in, and appreciating just how untouched and dramatic this coastline is.

As a Jurassic Park fan, seeing several filming locations from the water made the experience even more memorable.

The evening ended with a beautiful Hawaiian sunset and a champagne toast that felt like the perfect ending to an unforgettable cruise.

Crew & Service

The crew truly elevated an already incredible experience.

Captain Jessica did an outstanding job navigating the boat while sharing interesting facts about the coastline and Hawaiian history. She struck the perfect balance between providing information and allowing guests to simply enjoy the scenery without constant narration.

Mickell and Jasmine were equally fantastic.

They kept drinks flowing, served dinner efficiently, and took the time to interact with guests throughout the evening. Their genuine hospitality made the cruise feel welcoming and personal from beginning to end.

One detail we especially appreciated was how attentive they were to my stepmom, who is prone to motion sickness. The crew checked on her several times throughout the trip, making sure she was comfortable, which meant a lot to us.

Food & Drinks

The food exceeded our expectations for a dinner cruise.

The snacks, dinner, and drinks were all excellent, and the sunset champagne toast was a fun way to celebrate the evening.

Our only small disappointment was that the boat ran out of Mai Tais about an hour into the four-hour cruise. Since we were looking forward to the open bar with Mai Tais, it was disappointing.

Fortunately, there were still plenty of other drink options available, and it certainly didn't take away from an otherwise outstanding evening.

Sea Conditions

Like any boat tour, conditions on the water can vary.

During our cruise, the ocean was fairly choppy, and at times we found ourselves holding onto the seats to stay comfortably in place.

Interestingly, Mickell mentioned that the conditions were only about a 2 out of 10, which surprised us because it already felt like quite a ride.

Even so, Captain Jessica handled the conditions confidently, and we always felt safe onboard.

If you're prone to motion sickness, we would still recommend taking precautions before the tour. Thankfully, my stepmom felt great throughout the cruise, which gave us confidence that the larger boat handled the conditions very well.

Price & Value

This excursion was absolutely worth the cost.

Between the spectacular scenery, excellent crew, good food, and memorable sunset, we felt the experience delivered tremendous value.

If you're deciding between this cruise and a snorkeling tour, this is an excellent option for anyone who simply wants to experience the incredible beauty of the Nā Pali Coast from above the water.

What We Loved

  • Spectacular views of the Nā Pali Coast
  • Beautiful sunset
  • Outstanding crew
  • Excellent food and drinks
  • Comfortable boat
  • Champagne toast
  • Great option for non-snorkelers
  • Seeing Jurassic Park filming locations from the water

Would We Book Again?

Absolutely.

This was one of the most memorable experiences of our entire Hawaii vacation and one of the best boat tours we've ever taken.

The scenery alone makes this excursion worthwhile, but the outstanding crew, delicious food, and relaxed atmosphere elevated it into something truly special.

If you're looking for an unforgettable way to experience the Nā Pali Coast without snorkeling, we can't recommend this sunset dinner cruise enough.

Windows of Travel Tips

  • Book this cruise well in advance—it is a very popular excursion.
  • If you're prone to motion sickness, take preventative medication before boarding, even if you're sailing on a larger boat.
  • Bring a light jacket for the ride back after sunset.
  • Have your camera ready—you'll want plenty of memory card space for this one.
  • If you're a Jurassic Park fan, keep an eye out for recognizable filming locations along the coastline.

Would We Book Again? Absolutely.

Overview

If you're looking for an adventure on Kauaʻi that combines kayaking, hiking, and one of the island's most beautiful waterfalls, this tour delivers.

We booked a guided kayak and waterfall tour with Kayak Wailua, and it ended up being one of the most memorable adventures of our trip. Between paddling the peaceful Wailua River, hiking through the rainforest, and reaching Secret Falls, the entire experience felt like stepping into another world.

What really made the day stand out, though, was our guide, Reid. His knowledge, encouragement, and sense of humor made an already great excursion even better.

Booking & Arrival

When planning this excursion, we debated whether to rent kayaks and explore on our own or book a guided tour.

Looking back, choosing the guided tour was one of the best decisions we made.

The booking process was straightforward, and after another group canceled, our party of five ended up with a private tour, which was a fun and unexpected bonus that made the day feel even more personal.

The Experience

The tour began with a scenic paddle along the Wailua River before transitioning into a hike through the rainforest to Secret Falls.

The river itself was peaceful and beautiful, providing a relaxing start to the adventure. As we paddled upstream, Reid shared stories about the area and Hawaiian culture, making the journey just as enjoyable as the destination.

Once we reached the hiking trail, the adventure really began.

The Hike to Secret Falls

Mother Nature definitely made this hike more interesting.

It rained on and off throughout the entire tour. Personally, I appreciated the cooler, overcast weather and was thankful not to be hiking in the full Hawaiian sun. The downside, however, was the trail.

Reid jokingly referred to it as "Hawaiian Ice," and after experiencing it ourselves, we understood exactly why.

He rated the trail conditions a 10 out of 10 for mud, and roughly a quarter of the hike consisted of deep, slippery mud that made footing difficult.

The tour company estimates the hike takes about 35 minutes each way, but because of the conditions, it took our group closer to an hour and fifteen minutes each way.

I was traveling with my parents, who are both in great shape, but even they found the trail challenging in those conditions.

Fortunately, the effort was completely worth it. Reaching Secret Falls after working through the muddy trail made the destination feel even more rewarding.

Our Guide

Reid was outstanding. His patience, encouragement, and experience made a challenging hike feel much more manageable. Whenever the trail became especially slippery, he was there to offer advice or a helping hand, particularly with my parents. He also kept the mood light with his sense of humor while sharing information about the area throughout the day.

Looking back, Reid's guidance was one of the biggest reasons we enjoyed this excursion as much as we did. We would not have navigated the mud of the trails without him; had we done the excursion with just rented kayaks, we would have likely turned around.

Price & Value

This tour reinforced something we often consider when traveling:

Sometimes paying for a guide adds tremendous value.

Before the trip, we seriously considered renting kayaks and completing the hike on our own. After experiencing the trail conditions, we were incredibly grateful we had chosen a guided tour instead.

Having Reid navigate the muddy trail, assist our group when needed, and ensure everyone's safety made the experience far less stressful and far more enjoyable.

For us, the guided tour was absolutely worth the cost.

What We Loved

  • Beautiful paddle on the Wailua River
  • Secret Falls
  • Outstanding guide
  • Learning about Hawaiian culture
  • Private tour experience
  • A true outdoor adventure

What Could Be Better

Honestly, there wasn't anything the tour company could have done differently.

The muddy trail was simply the result of Mother Nature, and it's something future visitors should be prepared for rather than view as a negative.

Would We Book Again?

Absolutely.

This excursion combined beautiful scenery, physical activity, and an excellent guide into one unforgettable experience.

If you're deciding between exploring on your own or booking a guided tour, we'd strongly recommend going with a guide, especially if it's your first time, as recent rain could make the trail more challenging.

For us, it was one of the best adventures we experienced on Kauaʻi.

Windows of Travel Tips

  • Wear sturdy shoes with good traction; you'll likely encounter mud, even in better conditions.
  • Bring a waterproof bag or dry bag for your belongings. (Kayak Wailua provided these)
  • Don't wear clothes you're worried about getting muddy.
  • If you're deciding between a self-guided trip and a guided tour, we'd recommend the guide. The extra knowledge, assistance, and safety were well worth it.
  • Embrace the adventure! Sometimes the muddiest trails lead to the best memories.

👨‍👩‍👦 Best For: Families • First-time snorkelers • Travelers wanting a comfortable boat • Anyone looking for a full-day Maui adventure

Would We Book Again? Absolutely.

Overview

With so many companies offering snorkeling trips to Molokini Crater and Turtle Town, choosing the right one can feel overwhelming.

We spent quite a bit of time comparing tours before ultimately booking with Calypso Tours, and looking back, we're very glad we did.

From the comfortable boat and outstanding crew to the crystal-clear water at Molokini and unforgettable sea turtle encounters at Turtle Town, this excursion became one of the highlights of our Maui vacation.

Why We Chose Calypso

Several factors led us to choose Calypso over other tour companies.

Part of our group is prone to motion sickness, so the larger catamaran and onboard restrooms immediately stood out compared to the smaller raft-style tours.

We also appreciated the longer tour duration and one of the latest departure times we found, allowing for a more relaxed morning before heading to the harbor.

Although we don't have another Maui snorkeling tour to compare it to, we were extremely happy with our decision.

The Snorkeling Experience

The snorkeling exceeded every expectation we had.

Molokini Crater offered some of the clearest water we've ever snorkeled in. Visibility was incredible, allowing us to easily admire the vibrant reef and marine life below.

Our second stop at Turtle Town was equally memorable.

Seeing sea turtles swimming naturally through the water was an unforgettable experience and one of our favorite wildlife encounters during our entire Hawaii trip.

Both snorkeling locations offered something unique, making this a well-balanced excursion.

Boat & Crew

The Calypso boat was spacious, clean, and extremely comfortable.

Having onboard restrooms, shaded seating, and plenty of room to move around made the experience especially enjoyable, particularly during the ride between snorkeling locations.

The crew was fantastic throughout the day. They were friendly, organized, attentive, and helped create a relaxed atmosphere from start to finish.

We also thought the food selections were surprisingly good for a snorkeling excursion, making the overall experience feel even more complete.

One Small Hiccup

The only issue we experienced actually happened before the tour even began.

My husband has a torn eardrum and cannot go underwater without earplugs. Since we accidentally left them behind, I called Calypso while driving to the harbor to ask whether earplugs were available on board. I was told they were.

However, when we checked in, a crew member informed us that they neither provided nor sold earplugs.

Thankfully, I asked again before boarding because without them, snorkeling wouldn't have been possible for him. That resulted in a stressful walk back to nearby stores before rushing back to the boat in time for departure.

The miscommunication was certainly frustrating, but it was also the only issue we encountered all day. Once we left the harbor, everything else exceeded our expectations.

Price & Value

Considering the quality of the boat, the professionalism of the crew, the food provided, and two outstanding snorkeling locations, we felt this excursion offered excellent value.

If comfort is important to you—or if someone in your group is concerned about motion sickness—we think Calypso is an excellent choice.

What We Loved

  • Crystal-clear water at Molokini Crater
  • Swimming with sea turtles at Turtle Town
  • Comfortable, spacious boat
  • Friendly and professional crew
  • Onboard restrooms
  • Delicious food
  • Longer tour duration
  • Great option for travelers prone to seasickness

Would We Book Again?

Without hesitation.

Between the comfortable boat, fantastic crew, delicious food, and unforgettable snorkeling at both Molokini Crater and Turtle Town, this excursion became one of the highlights of our Maui vacation.

The small communication issue before departure was frustrating, but it was quickly overshadowed by an otherwise exceptional day on the water.

We would absolutely book with Calypso Tours again.

👨‍👩‍👦 Best For: First-time visitors • History lovers • Families • Anyone wanting a stress-free Pearl Harbor experience

Would We Book Again? Absolutely.

USS Missouri and USS Arizona Memorial

Overview

Visiting Pearl Harbor was one of the experiences we were looking forward to most during our time on Oahu, and it absolutely lived up to our expectations.

Rather than planning everything ourselves, we booked a guided tour through Viator (Company was: Go Tours Hawaii), which included transportation, the USS Arizona Memorial, the USS Missouri, and Hawaiian history throughout the day.

Looking back, we're glad we chose a guided tour. It allowed us to focus on the experience rather than worrying about logistics, parking, or navigating the schedule ourselves.

Booking & Arrival

We booked our tour through Viator before our trip.

The process was straightforward, and everything ran smoothly from pickup through the end of the day.

Having transportation included made the experience much less stressful, especially since we were only spending a couple of days on Oahu and wanted to maximize our time.

The Experience

Pearl Harbor itself was powerful, emotional, and one of the most meaningful experiences of our Hawaii vacation.

Taking the Navy boat across the harbor to the USS Arizona Memorial was something we'll never forget. Standing above the remains of the battleship and reflecting on the events of December 7, 1941, was both humbling and moving.

Touring the USS Missouri provided a completely different perspective. Walking the decks where World War II officially came to an end added another layer to the experience and made for an unforgettable day.

These two sites, side by side, are moving and absolutely worth seeing.

Tour Guide

Our guide was organized, knowledgeable, and did an excellent job keeping the group on schedule throughout the day.

We appreciated the historical information shared along the way, as well as the guidance on where to go and what to expect at each stop. Having someone handle the logistics made the entire experience feel relaxed and well-organized.

Our only minor critique was that the guide seemed to feel the need to fill every quiet moment on the bus with commentary, sometimes drifting into topics unrelated to the tour. A little downtime between stops would have been welcome, but it was a very small issue in an otherwise excellent experience.

Price & Value

For us, this tour was worth the cost. While it is certainly possible to visit Pearl Harbor on your own, we appreciated having transportation, scheduling, and logistics handled for us. That allowed us to simply enjoy the experience without worrying about the details.

If you're visiting Oahu for the first time, we think a guided tour is an excellent option.

What We Loved

  • Visiting the USS Arizona Memorial
  • Touring the USS Missouri
  • Knowledgeable and organized guide
  • Stress-free transportation
  • Learning more about Hawaiian and World War II history
  • Well-organized itinerary

Would We Book Again?

Absolutely.

Pearl Harbor was one of the highlights of our entire Hawaii trip, and booking a guided tour allowed us to experience it without worrying about transportation or timing.

The tour was informative, well-organized, and gave us a much deeper appreciation for one of the most significant historic sites in the United States.

We would happily book with Go Tours Hawaii again.

Windows of Travel Tips

  • Book your Pearl Harbor tour well in advance, especially during busy travel seasons. Tickets and times to the USS Arizona Memorial sell out.
  • Wear comfortable walking shoes; there is more walking than you might expect.
  • Arrive with an open mind. This is a place of remembrance, and it's a deeply moving experience.
  • If you're deciding between visiting on your own or taking a guided tour, we found the guided experience made the day much less stressful.

👨‍👩‍👦 Best For: First-time luau guests • Families • Couples • Travelers wanting a traditional Hawaiian cultural experience

Would We Attend Again? No, but potentially we would see another Luau.

Overview

Attending a traditional Hawaiian luau was something we wanted to experience during our time on Maui, especially since half of our group had never attended one before.

We chose the Te Au Moana Luau at the Wailea Beach Marriott Resort because of its beautiful oceanfront setting and strong reputation.

While the dinner was enjoyable, the real highlight of the evening was the outstanding performance. The storytelling, music, and dancing made this a memorable cultural experience and one we're glad we included in our Hawaii itinerary.

Booking & Arrival

We booked our luau through Viator, and everything about the booking process was simple.

Our scheduled check-in time was 5:10 p.m., and we arrived at the resort parking area around 5:07 p.m.

What we didn't anticipate was how long it would take to park and walk through the resort to reach the luau grounds.

By the time we arrived around 5:25 p.m., many of the pre-show activities were already underway.

Unfortunately, we missed the lei-making and temporary tattoo stations, the appetizers had already been served, and the line for the open bar was quite long. It took us another 15–20 minutes just to get a drink before finding our seats.

Looking back, we'd absolutely recommend arriving earlier than you think you need to.

The Experience

Once the performance began, the storytelling, traditional Hawaiian music, and dances were engaging from beginning to end. Every performance felt polished and meaningful, giving us a deeper appreciation for Hawaiian culture and history.

The oceanfront setting only added to the experience, creating a beautiful backdrop for the show.

One aspect of the evening did feel like a missed opportunity, though.

The performance began just as the sun was setting. Because the venue overlooks the ocean, many guests, including us, found themselves torn between watching the performers and trying to capture one of Maui's beautiful sunsets.

We couldn't help but think the evening would have flowed better if there had been a short break built into the schedule to allow guests a few minutes to enjoy and photograph the sunset before the performance began.

Dinner & Drinks

The food was good, but it wasn't the highlight of the evening.

There was a nice variety of options, and everything we tried was enjoyable. If we were assigning a letter grade, we'd probably give the meal a solid B. Nothing was disappointing, but nothing particularly stood out as memorable either.

One small detail that felt a bit unusual was the traditional pig presentation taking place just moments before dinner service. Because of the timing, it seemed unlikely that the pig being presented was actually what guests were about to be served.

It certainly didn't affect our enjoyment of the evening, but it was something we noticed.

Price & Value

Luaus are one of the more expensive activities you'll find in Hawaii, so expectations naturally run high.

For us, the value came from the cultural experience and entertainment rather than the meal itself.

If you're attending primarily for the food, you may leave a little underwhelmed.

If you're attending to experience Hawaiian music, dance, storytelling, and tradition in a beautiful setting, we think you'll leave satisfied.

What We Loved

  • Beautiful oceanfront location
  • Outstanding cultural performances
  • Engaging storytelling
  • Talented musicians and dancers
  • Friendly atmosphere
  • Great introduction to Hawaiian traditions

What Could Be Better

  • Arriving on time still wasn't early enough to enjoy all the pre-show activities.
  • The open bar line moved slowly before the show.
  • The timing of the performance competed with one of Maui's most beautiful sunsets.
  • The food was good, but not especially memorable.

Would We Attend Again?

No. We're very glad we included a luau during our Hawaii trip, and Te Au Moana delivered a wonderful cultural performance in a stunning setting.

If we wanted to attend a Luau again, we'd look for another option to see a different perspective; however, after experiencing this one, I personally don’t feel the need to seek out another.

Windows of Travel Tips

  • Arrive 20-30 minutes earlier than your scheduled check-in time to allow for parking, walking through the resort, and enjoying the pre-show activities.
  • Plan time to visit the lei-making and cultural activity stations before finding your seat.
  • Bring your camera; the oceanfront setting is beautiful.

🚗 Our Road to Hana Itinerary: What We'd Do Again (and What We'd Do Differently)

Our Road to Hana Itinerary: What We'd Do Again (and What We'd Do Differently)

By Krystal | Windows of Travel

The Road to Hana is one of Maui's most iconic experiences, and one of the most debated.

Some travelers recommend spreading it over multiple days, while others say to skip it altogether. We decided to tackle it in a single day from Kihei, and despite spending nearly twelve hours on the road, it ended up being one of the highlights of our Hawaii vacation.

This itinerary focuses on some of our favorite stops along the route, including waterfalls, black sand beaches, rainbow eucalyptus trees, banana bread, and one of the best hikes in Hawaii.

If you're wondering whether the Road to Hana is worth it, our answer is an easy yes.

Our Road to Hana Itinerary

📍 Starting Point: Kihei

🕣 Our Departure: 8:30 AM

🕗 Return: Approximately 8:00 PM

Total Time: About 12 hours

Looking back, 8:30 AM was too late to start the Road to Hana. While we were able to fit in everything on our itinerary, it meant driving a significant portion of the return trip after dark.

The Road to Hana is already a winding, narrow drive with countless curves and one-lane bridges. Driving those roads in the dark, when you can't always see where the road is leading, added an extra level of stress that we'd rather avoid on a future visit.

If we were planning this day again, we'd leave between 6:30 and 7:00 AM. The earlier start would provide more flexibility throughout the day and make it much easier to complete the drive before sunset.

Main Stops:

  • Keʻanae Arboretum
  • Aunty Sandy's Banana Bread
  • Upper Waikani Falls
  • Hamoa Beach
  • Wailua Falls
  • Seven Sacred Pools
  • Pipiwai Trail
  • Waimoku Falls

Stop 1: Keʻanae Arboretum

Arrival: 9:15 AM

⏱️ Time: 30 Minutes

Our first stop was one we'd specifically planned because I wanted to see Maui's famous Rainbow Eucalyptus trees.

The short rainforest walk was peaceful, uncrowded, and a perfect way to begin the day.

The colorful tree trunks almost don't look real until you're standing next to them.

Even beyond the eucalyptus trees, the entire arboretum was lush, green, and beautiful.

Stop 2: Aunty Sandy's Banana Bread & Keʻanae Peninsula

Arrival: 9:50 AM

⏱️ Time: 40 Minutes

If you've researched the Road to Hana at all, you've almost certainly heard about Aunty Sandy's Banana Bread.

Believe the hype.

Fresh, warm, and absolutely delicious.

If I could offer one piece of advice...

Buy extra.

You'll thank yourself later.

After grabbing banana bread, we spent a little time exploring the Keʻanae Peninsula and enjoying the dramatic lava-rock coastline before continuing our drive.

Stop 3: Upper Waikani Falls (Three Bears)

Arrival: 11:00 AM

⏱️ Time: 10 Minutes

This is one of the easiest waterfall stops along the Road to Hana.

Located just off the roadway, Upper Waikani Falls is a quick stop that offers beautiful views without requiring a hike.

Because there are so many places to stop throughout the day, we found these shorter photo opportunities helped keep our schedule moving while still allowing us to experience some of Maui's famous waterfalls.

Stop 4: Koki Beach (Our Unexpected Beach Stop)

Arrival: 1:30 PM

⏱️ Time: 45 Minutes

Here's a funny story...

Our itinerary actually called for Hamoa Beach, but somehow we accidentally stopped at Koki Beach instead.

We didn't realize our mistake until we were driving past Hamoa later in the drive!

Fortunately, it worked out just fine.

Koki Beach was beautiful, offering dramatic lava rock formations, crashing waves, and gorgeous coastal scenery. It ended up being a wonderful place to relax before continuing our drive.

By the time we realized we'd missed Hamoa Beach, we decided to stay on schedule rather than turn around.

Looking back, we're perfectly happy with how it worked out—but next time, we'll make it to Hamoa!

Stop 5: Wailua Falls

Arrival: 2:25 PM

⏱️ Time: 15 Minutes

Another quick roadside stop—but definitely worth it.

Wailua Falls is one of the most photogenic waterfalls on Maui and requires very little effort to enjoy.

Sometimes the simplest stops end up producing some of the best photographs of the day.

Stop 6: Seven Sacred Pools & Pipiwai Trail

Arrival: 2:50 PM

⏱️ Time: About 3 Hours

This was the reason we planned the Road to Hana in the first place.

The Seven Sacred Pools are beautiful, but for us, they were really just the beginning.

The Pipiwai Trail quickly became our favorite hike in Hawaii.

Walking through the towering bamboo forest felt almost surreal, and hearing the bamboo sway and knock together in the wind created an atmosphere unlike any other trail we've hiked.

Along the way, you'll also pass a massive banyan tree before eventually reaching the reward at the end...

Waimoku Falls.

Towering nearly 400 feet above the trail, Waimoku Falls is an incredible sight and made every step of the hike worthwhile.

If you only have time for one longer hike during your Road to Hana adventure, this would be our recommendation.

Seven Sacred Pools

Bamboo Forest
Waimoku Falls

The Drive Back

After finishing the hike, we began the drive back toward Kihei around 6:00 PM.

By this point, we were definitely tired, but also incredibly happy with everything we'd experienced throughout the day.

Yes... It's a long day, but worth it.

Windows of Travel Tips

  • Leave earlier than we did. We started at 8:30 AM, and while we completed everything on our itinerary, we had to drive much of the Road to Hana after dark. We'd recommend leaving between 6:30 and 7:00 AM to give yourself more flexibility and daylight.
  • Write your itinerary down with mile markers. Cell service was extremely limited for much of the drive, and there were long stretches where GPS simply wasn't available. Having a printed itinerary (or screenshots saved on your phone) made it much easier to know when the next stop was coming.
  • Download offline maps before leaving Kihei—but don't rely on them alone.
  • Pack plenty of water, snacks, and comfortable hiking shoes.
  • Bring a lightweight rain jacket. The weather changes quickly throughout the day.
  • Fill up your gas tank before starting the drive.
  • Buy more banana bread than you think you'll want. Trust us 😁

Was the Road to Hana Worth It?

Absolutely.

Between the waterfalls, lush rainforest, dramatic coastline, beautiful beaches, and unforgettable Pipiwai Trail, the Road to Hana became one of the highlights of our Maui vacation.

It makes for a long day, but if you're willing to spend the time on the road, you'll experience some of the most beautiful scenery Hawaii has to offer.
